HOW DO YOU RETURN A PART ORDERED WITH US ONLINE?

 

What is our Return Procedure?

 

We need your order number, name, email address and the part number you wish to return, along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name you used upon ordering.

 

All RA numbers are e-mailed in 2-3 business days with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. If the RA number is not written on the outside of the shipping box, it will be returned to you. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing.

 

Our Company Online Return Policy

You may return any core or wrong part(s) to Heartland Auto Supply Ltd within 30 business days from your date of order. No returns will be accepted if the 30 business days have elapsed. All parts to be returned must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are also not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. 

 

Parts Not Returnable:

Special Order Parts may be non-returnable.

 

All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.

 

Refunds

Refunds for returns or cores normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once we receive the core or part, we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve the return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. 

 

Cancellation

All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order. Therefore, there is a very short time for order cancellations. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 2 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. No orders can be canceled after this time period as the order will be immediately processed for shipment. All orders placed from Friday 4:30PM PST to Monday 8:30 AM PST cannot be canceled, as these are processed over the weekend for shipment.

To cancel an order you must call 800.000.0000.

 

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that that risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport.
